How can I log in?

To access your account on the platform, click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner. When placing your order, you set your password. You can reset your password by clicking on the link below and providing the email address used for the order.



Where can I find my courses?

The courses can be found in the “platform” tab. After making the payment and logging into the course platform, click on the “Begin learning” button to start watching the course.

How long will I have access to the product?

The access time for each course is provided individually, as the durations vary depending on the course you choose.

Can I learn from my phone?

Of course, the platform also works in the mobile version. Moreover, you can play the course with the screen locked and listen to it, for example, during exercises or walks.



Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, if you provide your company details when placing the order, you will automatically receive an invoice by email.



Where can I find the VAT invoice?

VAT invoices are only issued to individuals who have filled in the fields for VAT number and company name during the order placement. The invoice will be sent automatically to your email, and if you don’t see such a message, you can also find it by logging into “My Account” in the “Orders” section. You need to access the specific order to download the associated invoice.

Can I make installment payments?

Certainly! For orders over 300 PLN, there is an option to pay in installments or even defer the payment for up to 54 days. When choosing the payment method, select installments.
